BigAviation is a news brief. We do not require an account. Watchlist terms and the last loaded brief are stored in your browser (localStorage) so the page works offline-ish. Clearing site data removes them.

Weather and news requests go through our server to the Aviation Weather Center and public RSS converters so the browser does not talk to those hosts directly. We do not sell that traffic.

Embedded YouTube videos are served by Google and follow YouTube’s privacy policy. Outbound links go to the original publisher.

If you join the 6am list, your address goes to Mailchimp. They send the confirmation, the edition, and the unsubscribe link. We tag the address “6am-edition” and do not sell the list. If Mailchimp is briefly disconnected, the address may also be stored in this browser so we do not lose it.
